Our apartment has beautiful hard word floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, large closet and bathroom. The two pools, hot tub, two story gym and two stainless steal grills are amazing! The staff have been great to work with and are always super friendly! Literally the only downfall we have had is that parking can be pretty tight, not a lot of space for cars so it can be tricky to find a place to park our huge dodge truck. The property is centrally located directly within walking distance of the Oper and the banking district.
Lots of power outlets and lighting settings, specially in the kitchen, which has an island with its own light fixture. I live on the top floor, facing east, so I get morning sunlight and mountain views. The neighbors seem to be nice, and overall the environment is quite. The rent is expensive, but that's a common trend around the bay area. There is no Electric Vehicle charging stations here, and no assigned parking spots. There is a fire station across the street so we frequently hear the sirens of the trucks but we got used to it. Aside from a gas station there is not much within walking distance, but we are close to Lawrence Expy, and Highway 237.
